SESAME ORANGE SAUCE
 A substantially flavourful citrus sauce that is fragrant and well balanced, with mellow undertones of sesame!  Use as a marinade or a dipping sauce for 'everything' ...shrimp, stir fry, pork loin chops, BBQ chicken wraps, rice noodles, and even as a lowfat salad dressing !!

CURRY AND CARDAMOM SAUCE
Wow  what flavour !!   ...and we do mean 'everything' sauce...   even hard boiled eggs, cauliflower, roasted potatoes, sausages, lamb !   A traditional partner for samosas, pakoras, and other middle east inspirations.  Try it as a dressing on a simple cucumber salad!

ASIAN BLACK BEAN SAUCE
Easily, the most versatile of all our flavours !! 
Fabulous on grilled ribs, sesame wings, asparagus, tofu, broccoli, beef, stir-fry, salad dressings.  Garnish with cilantro, sesame seeds, green onions....and much more !!

AUSTRALIAN CURRY MUSTARD SAUCE
Loaded with mini seed "explosions" !!  Mild on the heat, but hefty on the curry  ...and very gentle hint of mint.  Sausages, grilled potatoes, green beans, eggplant, ALL burgers and especially lamb or salmon.
A fabulous condiment to season couscous or rice side dishes for any meat and stews.

TEXAS BOURBON MUSTARD SAUCE
Hearty, rich and complex, with massive 'popping' of seeds bursting into flavour explosions. 
A must-have with ALL burgers including salmon burgers !!!   also, roast beef on a grilled grainy bun, as a finishing sauce on pork kebobs, as a dressing for grilled potato salad, and everything "sausage" !!!!
