RECOMMENDED USE
With all roasted or BBQ meats, especially BBQ pork or beef ribs, sausages or salmon. This strong Mexican flavour jelly works very well with full bodied cheddar cheese such as McLaren's Cold Pack Cheddar Cheese served on crackers (bagels are better!!) or as a glaze with any cheese appetizer such as deep fried cheese bites, tortilla spirals, quiches, chimichungas, burritos or quesadillas...the list is endless. We have developed a fabulous recipe for Texas pulled pork with this jelly and the requests are still pouring in!
