All of our Sweet Mustards are ball-park style grainy sweet mustards, made with Canadian mustard seeds and other local ingredients.

 

KALAMATA OLIVE MUSTARD **NEW**
Grainy, crunchy, delicious on all meats and cheeses.  Great in wraps, on bruschetta, phyllo pastry canapés, Reuben sandwiches, egg salad, tuna melts, roast beef and everything LAMB, BBQ sausages, rib rubs, salmon glaze, gilled potatoes, burgers, roasted vegetables, even creamy salad dressings.

 

ORIGINAL SWEET MUSTARD
Full flavoured, extra grainy with black and yellow seeds...   for grilled sausages, smoked meat / Gouda on baguette, All deli meat sandwiches, deep-roasted savoury cabbage, aged cheddar phyllo sticks, broccoli / bacon / cheddar scones, caper mayo ham wrap, mint-crusted lamb.

 

 

 

DILL SWEET MUSTARD
Not quite as grainy, lightly sweet, VERY DILL!!!
Perfect with choux pastry puffs and Jarlsberg cheese and ham, pastrami & roasted potato salad, grilled Havarti cheese smoked turkey on peasant grain bread, "Philly steak on Rye", devilled eggs, grilled salmon, Polish sausage and sauerkraut, Arctic Char, buttermilk scones and cheddar ....get creative !!

 

 

CURRY SWEET MUSTARD
What a great idea..curry and lots and lots of seeds...WOW!
Glazed turkey breast, potato salad, BBQ'd sausage, roasted cauliflower, Grilled Lamb / Apricot Pizza with Goat Cheese Arugula and Pistachios.  Frenched green beans and garlic, mango and mascarpone palmiers, lamb anything, grain salads, British Baked Beans, cha-grilled steak, ....and so much more !!

LANARK MAPLE MUSTARD
-superb, superb, superb!  Two true Canadian classics... be sure NOT to stir this one up.  It's best when they are tasted individually...you'll see !!
Delicious with pork, ham, ***grilled sausages*** (absolutely, The BEST), baked beans, green beans, lamb & mint, everything DELI, peameal bacon, hot dogs, sausages, burgers, pan-fried sausages... oh, did we say sausages ?!?! and with extra maple syrup, brisket, ribs - also in salad dressing for bitter greens.
