SPICE BLENDS AND SEA SALTS     

These wonderful blends were originally created for use in our jelly and mustard recipes.  When we found the supplier of the "test tubes", we decided to offer these specialty blends to our customers... and they've been a hit for many years now.  They are robust and full bodied, but are not HOT (except of course, the cajun!!) .....we like it that the 'heat' can be tailored separately, regardless of how much spice we use !!!  So, feel free to go wild with them, the heat is a whole other component !!  For those who appreciate "heat" with their spice, may we suggest cayenne pepper, crushed chillies, authentic Thai / Vietnamese chilly sauce (be careful of brands such as Tabasco - they tend to be very vinegar and will alter the flavour profile of your dishes).
