PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The mango in this jelly accents the sweet compliment to the rather mild heat back up that is subtly splashed with lime. The Thai flavours are full and complete. There is no need to augment this flavour in any way. You can deliver a true Thai creation without pulling your ingredient cupboard apart.  Available in 250 or 60 ml jar.

 RECOMMENDED USES
Use it anytime you crave for THAI ! ...with noodles, rice, any grain, tofu, vegetables, shrimp, BBQ'd anything, salmon, tuna. Use it as a poaching medium for pork tenderloin, chicken or tofu. We even do our french toast Thai style, using coconut milk with the egg mixture and a fresh mango garnish with cilantro, lime and mint.
